10.0 fillet Walleye (fish)2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw1.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned400.0 gram(s) Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans (1/2 cup, 130 grams, 3.5 servings per container)1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 clove Garlic4.0 fl oz White Wine2.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
Directions
Saute. Dress fish in cajun seasonings. Blacken. Add all ingredients. Finish in oven.
