* Flour, white, 1.5 cup (remove) * *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.5 cup (remove) * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove) * Salt, .75 tsp (remove) * Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove) * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1.5 cup, unthawed (remove) * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove) * Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove) * Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
preheat oven @ 400. grease muffin tin.
mix all ingredients, bake for 25 or so minutes
