Sauted Butternut Sqash Noodles

Ingredients
2 Cups spiralized butternut squash2 Cups Baby Spinach1 Tbs Ghee1 Tbs Olive Oil3 Cloves Garlic0.25 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
Directions
Melt ghee and olive oil in a hot skillet. And add diced garlic. Add Butternut Squash once garlic is fragrant. Add a couple Tablespoons of water and cover the skillet. Cook covered for 5-7 minutes or until softening. Add spinach and toss until wilted. Top with crumbled feta and kalamata olives if desired.
