Loaded Cauliflower

12 tsp Bacon (Harmel) real bacon bites for salads 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw .333 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 tbsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter 5 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 0.25 cup Colby & Monterey Jack Finely Shredded Cheese (Happy Farms - Aldi)
Steam cauliflower for 10-20 minutes until tender.
Squeeze excess water from cauliflower.
Combine with 3/8 teaspoons garlic powder, milk, vinegar, butter, 3/4 teaspoon salt, pepper. Mix with hand mixer until it looks like whipped potatoes.
Fold in 1/4 cup bacon, green onions, and cheese.
Top with alittle more bacon, green onions and cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 5-10 inutes until cheese melts.
