Carolyn's Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

1 Head Iceberg Lettuce 1 Tbsp. Canola Oil1 Pkg. Ground Chicken or Ground Turkey1 Zucchini, finely grated1 Cup Carrot, finely grated 1/4 Cup Waterchestnuts, chopped1 tsp. Onion powder2 Cloves Garlic, grated1 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour6 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce1/4 Cup Honey1 Pkg. Rice Noodles
Wash lettuce and carefully separate the whole large leaves and allow to dry on a towel.
Boil water and cook noodles as per the instructions, drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large fry pan. Add Turkey and brown. Add the vegetables, waterchestnuts, onion and garlic powder and cook through a few minutes. Add the flour and continue to cook stirring the flour into the meat mixture. Add the Oyster and Soy Sauce and Honey. Cook 2-3 more minutes.
Place noodles on a platter and pour the meat mixture ontop.
Put the whole lettuce leaves on a plate.
To eat; fill a lettuce leaf with the noodles and meat mixture and enjoy!!!

This is very good but HELLO! The title is Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps but it's made with ground TURKEY. Check the nutrition stats if you sub ground chicken or finely chopped chicken breast (that's what I used) - 7/3/08

This recipe can be made with either chicken or turkey. What ever you prefer.
