Scrambled egg whites with sausage and veggies

Ingredients
1.0 1tsp Olive Oil0.15 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.15 cup Mushrooms, canned2.0 large Egg white, fresh0.15 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper45.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.0 oz Conecuh Hickory Smoked Sausage
Directions
1. Chop onions, red & green peppers. 2. Silce sausage into bite sized pieces. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet until warm. Add onion, red and green peppers. Sautee until almost cooked. (Add salt & pepper, optional) 4. While onions and peppers are cooking, mix egg whites. (Add salt & pepper, optional. 5. When onion and peppers are about finished, add mushrooms & sausage. Sautee until all ingredients are thoroughly heated. 6. Add egg whites and scramble until cooked. 7. Eat & enjoy! Serving Size: 1 serving
