1 serving Portabello Musrooms, Raw2 oz Lean Ground Beef 8% fat (COOKED) .5 small Onion, raw 2 eggs1 tbsp of olive oil
Directions
heat up the olive oil, and fry mushrooms and onions until carmelized and soft. add the ground beef. crack eggs and thoroughly stir into mixture. cook until egg, beef, onion, and mushroom mixture is fully combined and cooked.
