Spicy Asian Noodles

Ingredients
2 c cooked spaghetti or angel hair pasta1 package of Green Giant Healthy Weight Vegetables1/8 c. onion1/8 c. bell pepper1 medium egg2 tbsp. canola oil2 tbsp. House of Tsang Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce2 tbsp. House of Tsang Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauceblack pepper
Directions
While cooking noodles, put Green Giant veggies in microwave and prepare according to instructions. Chop up onion and bell pepper while waiting for noodles to cook. Heat canola oil in a wok or skillet.

Drain and rinse noodles. Add to heated oil, stirring often to prevent sticking. Add Peanut and Stir-Fry sauce gradually thoughout cooking. Crack egg and stir into noodles. Add veggies and stir into noodles. Stir and cook until egg is done and sauce is evenly distributed. Season with black pepper.

Makes 4 1 cup servings.
