Ingredients
1 Watermelon slice (about 1 inch or 2 cups w/o rind)1 T. lemon juice (or to taste)1 c. crushed ice/water blendsplenda or other sweetener if desiredmint garnish
Directions
Place watermelon cubes, lemon juice and iced water in blender. Mix. Add splenda or mint garnish as desired (I prefer mine tart).
