3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 medium Carrots, raw .50 large Onions, raw 1.15 cup Arroy-D Coconut Milk (1 cup per box) (by PYRGOMACHE) 4 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 1 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 2 serving Plantains 1/2 Plantain 30 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tbsp Thyme, ground 1 cup, cubes Turnips 1 cup Clams, canned, meat only
large saucepan. chop bacon. cook till crispy, remove from fat. set bacon aside. add chopped veggies. cook stirring occasionally for 5 min. add broth. grate plantain and add to broth. add spices. cook 20 min. add chopped clams. add coconut milk. stir. add spinach. cook 5 min. salt if you need it. Serve with chopped cooked bacon bits and diced green onion, fresh parsley
