6 serving Pillsbury Pizza Crust Classic pizza dough, 1 package 6 servings 600 gram(s) Cheese - Cracker Barrel Marble Light (=1,1/4 " cube) 40 grams Pepperoni 40 grams Salami, Beef 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) .6 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 15 medium Mushrooms, fresh 2 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes 0.75 cup Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce
Roll out dough on parchment till about the size of a cookie sheet. Place parchment and crust on cookie sheet and top with sauce. Add onions, peppers and meats. Top with cheese. Add diced mushrooms and sliced tomato on top to help control moisture in pizza while cooking.
Cook at 350 convect or 375-400 conventional until cheese is golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
