Chinese Corn Soup

2 cans cream corn1 can white or yellow corn2 cans vegetable broth2 tablespoons tamari (or soy sauce)2 tablespoons corn starch1/4 cup water2 large eggs, beaten2 teaspoons ginger (optional)salt and pepper (to taste)1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
In a large sauce pan, combine broth, creamed corn and drained whole kernel corn; bring to a low boil.
Combine corn starch and water and slowly add to soup, stirring constantly.
Add tamari and optional seasonings, if desired.
Beat eggs and pour in a steady stream into soup while stirring.
Pour into bowls and enjoy! Even better topped with fresh green onion.
