Mexican Chicken

2 chicken breast, boneless skinless3 TBS hot sauce1 (6.4oz) Rice A Roni, mexican style2 1/4 C water2 TBS whipped butter2 1/2 C salsa
Put chicken breast in baking dish and brush on hot sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 until chicken is done. While chicken is baking prepare the Rice A Roni according to package directions. (I use whipped butter instead of margarine) When chicken is finished cut into chunks. Mix chicken, salsa and rice into baking dish and cover with shredded cheese. Bake cover in foil at 350 for approx. 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
I serve with a salad.
