Whole Wheat Soy Waffles

Ingredients
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 Egg, fresh1/2 cup soy Milknon-stick spray
Directions
Blend all ingredients well. Prepare waffle iron according to manufacturers directions. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray and pour in 1/2 cup for each waffle (adjust according to individual waffle maker). Cook for 3 minutes or until desired darkness is reached. Makes about 2 waffles.
