Smoked Sausage and Sauerkraut

4.25 serving Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage .75 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 cup Deutsche Kuche German Sauerkraut (by JEWELRYLOVER) 1 serving Wyler's Chicken Bouillion Cubes (by HOLLYWOODCORKER) 1 tbsp Kerry gold salted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slices smoked sausage into 1/2 inch slices.
Fry smoked sausage in 1 tablespoon Kerry Gold butter until lightly browned. Use medium high heat.
Transfer smoked sausage to casserole dish.
Fry onion in pan until translucent.
Add drained sauerkraut to onion and mix well.
Mix chicken broth and 1/2 teaspoon allspice. Add to mixture in pan and increase heat to high.
When mixture starts to boil, add smoked sausage and cook for 2 more minutes.
Transfer to casserole and cover.
Bake 30 minutes and let cool 3-4 minutes before removing lid.
Serving Size: makes 4 servings
