Tomatoe basil Parmesan Soup

Ingredients
4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 2 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1.5 cup Half and Half Cream 6 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 0.5 cup Tomato Paste
Directions
Sauté celery carrot and onion in instant pot. Add spices (including salt and pepper to taste). Add broth, diced tomatoes, fresh tomatoes and Tomato paste. Cook under high pressure 10 minutes. Release steam. Blend soup. Add half and half and cheese. Heat. Serve.
