1 tbsp csnola oil3 tbsp Sofrito Boricua Mix1/2 cup of canned tomato sauce1 can (15.5 oz) Goya Premium Red Kidney Beans
IIn a medium saucepan add the oil and sofrito mix.
Cook on Medium for 5 minites. Add Tomato sauce and cook an additional 5 minutes.
Add Beans and two cups of water and cook for 20 minutes on medium.
Can add cubed potatoes or squash. This could require an additional 10 minutes of cooking
