Buffalo Chicken Roll-Ups

Ingredients
2 oz Neufchatel Cheese softened (Or 1/3 less fat cream cheese) 1-2 tsp hot sauce hot sauce .25 cup, finely diced Celery, raw .25 cup, grated Carrots, raw Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Rotisserie Chicken Breast - 6 slices 1 serving Blue Cheese Crumble (1 oz) 4 oz cabbage red / purple(the outer leaves so that they are the shape of a bowl) Tooth pics
Directions
1. Divide cream cheese evenly between cabbage and spread on one half of the inside of the each leaf.
2. Sprinkle hot sauce over cheese to taste.
3. Sprinkle celery and carrots evenly over sauce.
4. Place 1 and 1/4 slice chicken over top of each.
5. Starting at loaded edge, roll each leaf up carefully and tightly
6. Use tooth pics to secure each roll and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
