Ingredients
Directions
16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 2 cup silk almond milk organic 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black .25 tsp Sage, ground .25 tsp Thyme, ground .25 tsp Fennel seed 2 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
Cook pork with salt & pepper to taste (probably about 1/4 teaspoon of each) and the sage, thyme, and fennel in a large skillet or pot.
Remove the pork.
In the same pan, add the raw cauliflower and 1 - 1 1/2 cups almond milk, depending on how large your cauliflower head is. Cover and let steam until the cauliflower is tender (about 8 minutes)
Transfer the cauliflower and milk to a blender, add the nutritional yeast and blend until smooth--you will likely have to add additional almond milk to get it to the correct gravy consistency.
Add the pork and cauliflower mixture back into the pan and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Then enjoy.
Serving Size: Makes about 8-10 1/2 cup servings
