Banana Muffins

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large Brown Sugar, 3/4 cup, unpacked Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 3/4tspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Banana Overripe 2 1/2cup, mashed *Corn Oil, 1/4cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Flour, whole grain, 1 cup *Flour, white, 1 cup Pecans, 1/2cup, chopped
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix wet ingredients in small bowl. Mix dry ingredients in larger bowl. Blend together with mixer in large bowl. Divide evenly into a twelve cup muffin tin sprayed with pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
