Ingredients
8.0 cup Spaghetti Squash16.0 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin0.5 tbsp Chili powder0.5 tsp Cumin seed1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 clove Garlic2.0 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)125.0 gram Simply Nature Organic Black Beans rinsed (1/2 cup)3.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen1.0 serving Kraft Mild Shredded Chedder Cheese
Directions
Season squash with cumin and chili powder. Bake squash cut side down 400� for 30-35 mins. Saute onion and garlic. Add ground beef and cook. Drain any acess grease. Add taco seasoning, cherry tomatoes & corn. Shred the squash and add to ground beef mixture. Scoop back into squash skins and top with cheese.
