Easy Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Dijon Mustard Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste1 clove Garlic, very finely minced 2 tsp Honey 1-2 tsp Lemon Juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients into glass container with lid. Shake vigorously until well combined, 30 seconds to a minute. Chill in refrigerator, if desired.
