Ingredients
16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 serving Breton Wheat Crackers, Multigrain (5 crackers) 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 0.3 tsp Dressing - Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dressing Mix (by PNICOLET1) 1 serving Shoney's A-1 Steak Sauce - 1Tablespoon .5 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
Directions
Process in food chopper/processor onion, green pepper & carrot .
Crush crackers.
Add all ingredients to ground chuck
seasoning can be adjusted to taste. (Careful with salt)
mix well.
Form into pan
cook at 350 45min.
brush ketchup on top.
Serve


Serving Size: Cooked in a loaf or 6x6x3 pan... pcs slice into good sizes
