Fideua with squid and chicken breast, gluten-free pasta

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 200 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp Paprika 0.2 grams Saffron 3 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared 14.1 oz barilla gluten free spaghetti 3 tbsp Parsley 5 clove Garlic 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 350 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 400 grams Squid, raw
Directions
Fry onion in 1 tbasp olive oil.
Add tomatoes, spices and stock cubes. Simmer.
Add pasta, squid, chicken and chopped pepper. Cover with water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Blend parsley, garlic and 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Mix with pasta.
Bake for 10 minutes.
