2C Chick peas, drained1/3C tahini1/4C lemon juice1 tsp salt4 cloves garlic minced or halved2 tbs olive oil1 tsp paprika1 tsp parsley1/4 tsp black pepper
Place garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Serve with olive oil drizzled over the top or mixed in. Sprinkle with paprika, parsley and pepper.
You can cut back on the salt if you like or the garlic. I like to let this mingle over night to allow the flavor to develop.
