Chicken, spinach, artichoke casserole

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 280 gram(s) Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil 1 cup Spinach, cooked 5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated .33 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) .33 cup Sour Cream 8 oz Cream Cheese 3 serving LongHorn Steakhouse, Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions (entree addition) 1.50 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Saute chicken in olive oil with seasonings of choice. In a separate pan, saute onions and mushrooms. In yet another bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream- stir until smooth. Add artichokes, spinach, onions, mushrooms, cauliflower. Combines everything in one bowl. Bake at 350 for a good half hour.
