16 oz 93%lean ground beef 112 gram(s) Creamette wide egg noodles 56grams=1 1/4 cup 16 oz V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 127 gram(s) 4.5oz=127grams Old El Paso Green Chilies 2 tsp Minced Garlic in water .25 tsp Salt 227 gram(s) Great Value Plain Nonfat Greek yogurt 4 oz great value cream cheese 56 gram(s) Kraft Mozzarella Shedded Low-moisture part skim Cheese 28grams=1/4cup
1. Cook noodles according to package directions.Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the v8, onions, chilies, garlic and salt. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and greek yogurt. Drain noodles.
2. Place 1/2 cup beef mixture in a 1 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Layer with half of the noodles, cream cheese mixture and cheese. Spread 1/2 cup beef mixture over cheese; repeat layers. Spoon remaining beef mixture over top.
3. Cover and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
