Low Carb Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
1.3 pound ground beef 1 pound ground pork (or turkey or veal).5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.5 cup heavy cream or half and half2 large egg, beaten2 tbsp dried parsley 1 small finely grated onion (it will be mush)2 cloves garlic, grated 1 tsp salt.5 tsp pepper20.8 oz Kirkland Organic Ground Beef
Directions
Pre heat oven to 400 Mix ground beef, ground pork, egg and seasoning using your hands. Roll into balls about 3 tablespoons each. Bake on baking sheet lined with foil for 20-25 mins
