Ingredients
24.0 oz Milk Almond Vanilla Unsweetened Great Value6.0 tsp Spices, Turmeric6.0 serving ginger oil0.25 tsp Pepper, black2.0 tbsp Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender. I store 3 servings in 8 ounce mason jars, and drink the 4th. You can warm it up, I prefer warm over cold. This is supposed to help boost the immune system as well as act as an anti-inflammatory. Here's to our health!!
