Crustless Mushroom and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup Spinach, frozen 1 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) 1 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese .5 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded 3 tsp Garlic
Directions
Saute mushrooms and garlic in a pan with cooking spray. Add spinach and cook until most of the moisture is evaporated.
Place veggie mix in pie pan, and top with feta.
Beat together eggs and milk and add salt/pepper if desired.
Pour egg mixture over veggies and top with mozzerella.
Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or until center is solid and top is lightly browned.
