Cottage cheese spinach frittata

Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 4 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated 1 cup Spinach, fresh 2 oz Cheddar Cheese 2 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Heat oil over low heat until Pan is warm. Whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, milk. Pour in pan. Add spinach. Top with grated cheese. Let cook until edges begin to brown. Place in preheated oven and bake 15-20 minutes or until set in center. May broil for 1 minute or until too is slightly brown. Remove and let set 5 minutes before serving. Serving Size: 6
