Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Mushrooms, cooked0.25 cup Bean sprouts2.0 tbsp Carrots, cooked1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)0.5 cup Snow Peas, fresh2.0 oz Chow Mein Noodles2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce1.0 tsp Ginger Root0.1 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
Directions
Stir fry vegetables in canola oil, with a few drops of sesame oil. Meanwhile, boil and cook noodles to just done. When noodles are done, drain and put in with vegetables. Mix soy sauce with ginger and a few drops of sesame oil, then pour over noodles and veggies and stir over medium heat until heated thru.
