1.0 cup Margarine, soft0.25 cup, chopped Pecans0.25 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)1.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar4.0 tbsp Light Corn Syrup4.0 tbsp Blueberries, dried5.0 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats9.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)2.0 serving Vega Sport Performance Protein Powder, Vanilla (41g)4.0 tbsp chia seeds
Melt sugar corn syrup and margarine over low heat. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl. Pour liquid into bowl. Mix well. Press into baking dish. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely. Cut and remove squares.
