Crockpot Eggplant Parmesan

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Onion powder1.0 tbsp Basil1.0 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb) Eggplant, fresh1.0 clove Garlic0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese Natural Cheese1.75 cup Tomato Sauce, Contadina 15 oz1.0 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Wash & slice eggplant into rounds. Lightly salt on both sides and set aside for 20-30 minutes to help remove any bitterness. Rinse and past dry. Mix next 7 ingredients together- Tomato sauce through basil. Lightly spray crockpot with olive oil cooking spray. Starting with tomato sauce, layer tomato sauce, eggplant, & cheese into crockpot. Cook 4-6 hrs on high. Serving Size: 1/2 eggplant
