Green Chili Chicken Casserole

3-4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts - Cooked (boiled)1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened1 4 oz can chopped green chilis (I prefer Old El Paso)1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp cumin1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
1. Heat oven to 375
2. Shred boiled chicken breasts.
3. Add olive oil to a larger skillet and heat over medium heat. Once hot, brown shredded chicken in the skillet with the oil. (You may add some salt and pepper to taste.)
5. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper until combined. Then stir in the green chilis and stir until evenly mixed.
6. Combined the browned chicken with the cream cheese mixture.
7. Spread out mixture into a baking dish. and top with the jack cheese.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
