32.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese0.5 tsp Onion powder1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 large Onions, raw2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Mix all ingredients except onion. Cut onion from root to tip and separate carefully. Fill the larger half segments and place in 9x13 baking pan. Bake@350° until fully cooked ( approx. 45 min.)
