Balsamic Vegetables

Ingredients
2 cup, sliced Summer Squash 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh 4 tbsp Ken's Balsamic & Basil Vinaigrette
Directions
cut brussels sprouts into quarters mix with squash and mushrooms. On a baking sheet spray a large piece of aluminum foil with nonstick spray. Spread vegetables out and drizzle with salad dressing. Fold the foil into a sealed packet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
