8 TBSP Pascha Dark Chocolate Baking Chips 100% Cacao unsweetened (by APEYMOE) 1.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted 5 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil 1 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener .5 tsp peppermint extract (by IT8EVERYTHING)
combine choc cips, butter and 1 Tbl of coconut oil in a microwave safe container. Slowly heat in the microwave to melt. Stir and add a few drops of stevia and a dash of hymilian pink salt, in a separate container melt the remaining coconut oil. Add a few drops of peppermint extract and some stevia. Put a small amount of chocolate (just enough to cover the bottom of the mold) in each compartment of the silicon mold. Place in freezer 2 min. pour a thing layer of the peppermint flavored oil in each compartment and return to freezer for 5 min. Add the remaining chocolate in each compartment (I also sprinkle with Cocao nibs). Return to freezer until hard. I remover the fat bombs from the mold and store in a plastic bag in the frig.
