Orange Soy Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 pork chops 4 oz each (approx)1/4 C soy sauce1 tsp orange rindJuice of 1 orange2 T olive oil
Directions
Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a skillet. Cook pork chops about 7 minutes on each side, or until juice runs clear.

Add soy sauce, orange zest and the juice of the orange to the skillet. Cook approximately 2 minutes to slightly thicken sauce.

Serve with roasted potatoes and fresh veggies or salad.
