1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Cumin seed .5 tsp Salt 0.15 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 0.25 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 3 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 6 serving green olives (2 olives - queen size)
In large skillet sauté onion and garlic in olive oil till soft. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt and flour. Add chicken broth and tomato paste and blend well. Cook for 5 mins. at low heat. Stir in turkey, one whole green pepper, chopped or diced, and 1/4 cup sliced green stuffed olives. Heat through. Serve over rice.
