Meatloaf with Pork Rinds and Spinach

Ingredients
32 oz *93% Lean ground beef .50 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup Spinach, fresh 3 large Mushrooms, fresh .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Worsteschire Sauce (by BLUEHERON2C) 1 cup Tomato Sauce 10 gram(s) Baken-ets hot n'spicy pork rinds (9 pc) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
mix all ingredients together and place in a pan. Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes. Top with pork rinds and cheese. Make sure the pork rinds are crushed well or you will get soggy spots in the meatloaf.
