Colorful Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
5 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced1 large cucumber, seeded and diced1 small red onion (or 1/4 of large), diced 1 c of frozen corn, thawed and rinsed1 can of low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained (can soak dry black beans if you really want to keep the sodium down)1 large avocado, diced1 jalapeno chile, seeds removed and diced1 small bunch of cilantro chopped1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper3 Tbsp. canola oil or light tasting olive oilJuice of 3 limes

Mix all ingredients and let the flavors meld in refrigerator for a bit before eating,
