Cheesy Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
1 bag (roughly 1 cup) Via Emilia Organic Riced Cauliflower (Costco) 1 tsp Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter Unsalted 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Cream Cheese 1 tbsp Kroger Heavy Whipping Cream1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Melt butter in pan and add riced cauliflower. Add garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Sautee riced cauliflower over medium heat with butter and seasonings until it is tender and starting to brown (7-10 minutes). Turn your heat down to medium low and add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir until combined and then eat immediately.
