12 oz Haddock (fish) 0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves (by SARAHMROACH) 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 tsp Diamond Crystal - Kosher Salt (by SHIRTTALES) 0.5 tsp Cajun Seasoning (by EEJIT16) 0.5 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
1. Heat pan, add oil, then fish so the fish sizzles when added to the oil.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except for lemon juice.
3. When fish is turned, add the lemon juice.
4. Serve the fish, divided into 4 ounce portions.
Serving Size: 1/3 of the fish fillet (3 portions per recipe)
