Turkey Popovers

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb.Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits, refrigerated dough, 8 serving Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
Directions
1. Brown turkey and add taco seasoning mix until sauce thickens a bit.

2. Spray the muffin tins with cooking spray and fill each hole with dough spreading it out to cover the sides. Then spoon in cooked turkey mixture and sprinkle with cheese

3. Bake at 375 for 25 mins or until golden brown.
