Whole wheat basil dumplings

Ingredients
1/2 c. wheat flour1/2 c. white flour1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt2 T. butter1/2 c. buttermilk5 basil leaves, minced
Directions
Mix flours, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add buttermilk & basil leaves, stir just until combined.

Drop by teaspoonful into simmering stew and cook about 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center is clean. Remove with slotted spoon and serve on top of soup.
