Golden Mashers

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs Yukon Gold new potatoes1/3 cup light sour cream1/4 cup 1% milkSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Yields 8--1/2 cup servings
Clean and quarter potatoes. Add to boiling water and cook until tender.
Drain then add butter and sour cream. Cover and let set about 1 minute.
Mash with a potato masher or hand blender, adding milk as needed to bring to desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
