Tuna Primavera

2 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 4 serving Barilla Farfalle (BowTie) pasta (2 oz. / 56gr) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 4 tsp Cheese (Parmesian & Romano - grated) (by PUPDEE58) 1 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 4 serving fresh, sugar snap peas Salt and pepper as desired
1. Cook pasta without salt or fat.
2. Drain tomatoes and tuna. Set aside in a large serving bowl.
3. De-vein the pea pods and snap in half before adding to the bowl.
4. Drain pasta. (I ran mine under cold water because we ate this cold.) Add to bowl; toss well.
5. Add lemon juice, pepper, salt to taste.
6. Plate and add parm as desired.
