Ingredients
2 oz Ground Pork 6 oz Ground Beef, Simply Nature organic grassfed (by CHERRIET) 1 tbsp 1 tbsp great value grated parmesan cheese .5 serving Cheese--Great Value Part Skim Ricotta Cheese--1/4 cp serv 1 fl oz Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1.50 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Italian Seasoning Blend (Mrs. Dash) (by GRENDELLA) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Combine beef, pork, spices, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese,
diced onion, milk, salt , and pepper. Combine well to mix all ingredients. Weigh out 2 oz. meatballs and bake to an internal temperature of 155 degrees.
