0.5 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt Plain-Great Value 3 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard 2 tbsp Great Value Sweet Pickle relish 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice 16 oz StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (5 oz can = 4 oz tuna)
